Call Center QA is seeking phone call evaluators and telephone mystery shoppers.
Job Description: Making phone calls to call centers and writing a short report afterwards, evaluating the phone agent.
User Testing is seeking people to be website testers. If you want to get fancy about it, these jobs are also called usability testers, analyst researcher testers, and user researchers. You’re paid $10 per Website Test and $15 per Mobile Test.
