What is Niche Marketing?

First, let me help explain what a “niche” is.  A niche is simply a group of people looking to buy “things.” These things will be the products and services that you are promoting to give people the solution/answer they are looking for.

A “Niche Market” is the specific market that you will be promoting. For example, Amazon is company that has many different niches, and promotes many different items within those niches. For instance, Amazon has a book niche, so that would be an example of people who are looking for books. To break it down further, some types of books are technical books, autobiographies, and romance novels. Each of those 3 would be example of niche marketing. They are marketed toward a specific niche.
